To assist with getting students immunized, the Department of Health will be providing immunization clinics during the week ofApril 9, 2012. Call 877-PA HEALTH (877-724-3258) for additional information.
Please call your school nurse to obtain a copy of your child's immunization record if you plan on attending the clinic.
